Probably you have heard that Croatia has become one of the best popular destinations in Europe for summer holidays. Why is Croatia so popular and why can it happen to the tourist that other country can not offer.
Croatia geographical locations gives Croatia good advantage. As part of Europe and almost in the European Union, Croatia is in a close reach to all European countries. Croatia has a lot of international airports across its coast. International airports such as Pula, Split and Dubrovnik are connected with mayor cities across whole Europe. Not to mention good train connections, highroads and speed boats from Italy.
Croatian coast has around 17.000 islands. Most of them are pretty small and they are close to each other. And this is one more reason why so many people chose Croatia for their next tourist destination. Best thing for visit a country with a sailboat or yacht are a lot of small islands close to the mainland and this is definitely what Croatia has.
One more reason for visit is also Culture. Reach history from Roman ruins to various newer aged sculptures, good cuisine know around the world as Mediterranean food and also people that are friendly and helpful with all your needs.
Croatian Climate is also a big plus for tourist visit. Adriatic sea is a part of Mediterranean Sea. And while Sea is almost closed from other oceans it can obtain heat during whole year. Lowest temperature of the sea is around 10 degrees Celsius, which is 50 Fahrenheit. You can visit Croatian coast almost all year around, however it is more pleasant during the months from May to October.
